Patient Info:

• Gloves, goggles, and masks are worn by the doctor and assistants.
• Hands are washed and new gloves are worn with each new patient.
• All hand pieces are cleaned, bagged and sterilized between patients.
• Sterilization is conducted in accordance with guidlines set by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention Center.
• Autoclaves or dry heat sterilizers are used to sterilize instruments according to manufacturers recommendations.
• Coastal Orthodontic Care tests all sterilization equipment weekly(verified by lab analysis).
